Legal Services currently provides help in the following types of cases:

• Spousal Abuse
• Tenant Evictions
• Social Security/SSI
• Public Assistance, Food Stamp, Medical Assistance
• and Unemployment Compensation problems
• Mortgage Foreclosures
• Tax Sales
• Sheriff's Sales
• Child Custody
• Bankruptcy (limited service available)

Generally, you are eligible to receive legal aid if your household income does not exceed the following limits:
